Registration

Reserve your spot

Teams are confirmed in the order they are paid. If the field fills before you commit, we will put you on the waitlist and call you first next year.

Good to know

Before you commit

What does entry include?

Green fee, shared cart, range balls, breakfast, two drink tickets, lunch, a tee gift bag, and entry to all on course contests except the putting contest.

I do not have a full team

Register as a single or a pair and we will fill you in. Every year about a quarter of the field is paired that way, and those teams tend to have the most fun.

How good do I need to be?

It is a scramble. Everyone hits, the team plays the best ball. Beginners are genuinely welcome and we flight teams so nobody is embarrassed.

What if it rains?

We play through light rain. If the course closes, we move to the rain date of Monday, October 19. Entry fees are not refunded but they do carry to the rain date.

Is my entry fee tax deductible?

Partially. The fair market value of the round, cart, and meals is not deductible. Your receipt will show the deductible portion separately, as required for a 501(c)(3).

Can I volunteer instead of play?

Yes, and we need about thirty volunteers. Hole spotters, registration, raffle table, and beverage cart help. Volunteers eat lunch with the players.

Setup note. Connect this form to your payment processor or registration platform before publishing. Golf Genius, Event Caddy, Stripe, and Givebutter all handle team registration well.

Best run charity scramble I play all year. We tee off on time, the food is good, and they tell you the number before you leave the room.

Help us help others

Play, sponsor, or give. All three end up in the same place.

Every entry fee, every hole sign, and every donation goes into the same pot: scholarships for local students and emergency help for families down the street.
