Questions we get most
How much of my donation reaches a charity?
Our goal is to distribute 100% of the net proceeds from each event we host. We are all volunteer with no paid staff, and our administrative costs are less than 1% of gross income.
How do you choose which charities to fund?
Funds are allocated to local charities identified through a vetting process by the board. We look for organizations that are stable and operating with low operating costs.
Can my charity apply for a grant?

Do you take auction and raffle items?
Yes, year round. Gift cards, wine, sporting event tickets, memorabilia, trips and airline vouchers, jewelry, and restaurant certificates. Contact Teal Perez, our auction item coordinator.
When is the next tournament?
March or April 2027, with the exact date and venue still to be announced. Leave your email through the form above and we will let you know.
