Make checks payable to Community of Caring Hearts Charity and mail to 1234 Main Street, Suite 200, Your City, ST 00000. Note the fund on the memo line.

Gifts of appreciated securities and grants from a donor advised fund are welcome. Contact us for transfer instructions and our EIN.
Naming the charity in a will or as a beneficiary keeps the education fund going long after the gift is made. We are happy to talk with you and your advisor.
