Employer matching
Many companies match employee gifts dollar for dollar, and some match volunteer hours with cash. Ask your human resources team, then send us the form.
Stock and donor advised funds
Gifts of appreciated securities and grants from a donor advised fund are welcome. Contact us for transfer instructions and our EIN.
Legacy giving
Naming the charity in a will or as a beneficiary keeps the education fund going long after the gift is made. We are happy to talk with you and your advisor.

Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes. Community of Caring Hearts Charity is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Gifts are deductible to the full extent allowed by law and you will receive an emailed receipt right away, plus an annual summary each January.
Can I choose where my gift goes?
Yes. Use the fund selector to restrict your gift to the education fund, family stability, partner grants, tournament underwriting, or seasonal drives. Restricted gifts are tracked separately and reported on annually.
How much goes to overhead?
92 cents of every dollar goes to programs and direct family support. Tournament costs are covered by sponsorships before a single entry fee is counted, which is how the number stays that high. The full breakdown is published in our annual report.
Can I cancel a monthly gift?
Any time, with no conversation required. Every receipt email includes a link to change the amount or cancel.
Do you sell donor information?
Never. We do not sell, rent, or trade donor data. You can also ask to be listed as anonymous in any published recognition.
