A share of every Caring Hearts Classic goes out as grants to local organizations already doing the work well. We fund them, volunteer with them, and send families their way.
Partner network
Each partner receives an annual grant funded by the tournament, volunteer hours, and a direct referral line into our intake team. Replace these with your real partners.
Food security
Serves roughly 900 households a month with fresh produce, shelf stable staples, and a weekend backpack program for students.
Our support: annual operating grant, monthly volunteer shifts, and holiday meal box funding.

We accept partner applications once a year. Here is what we look for and how the review works.
Applications open August 1 and close September 30, just before the tournament. Submit your determination letter, most recent Form 990, a one page program description, and a proposed budget for the requested amount.
Grants range from $2,500 to $25,000 and are sized against what the Classic actually raises. Decisions are announced in November and funds are released in January.
